Thoroughly enjoyed the place

Had a very good stay for 3 nights. The hotel was really close to house a semi-Japanese semi-international restaurant as well as all the shops and eateries at the station thanks to its the best location.- It also was close to Haneda airport.

The rooms were extremely spacious and with kettle and nice touches like multiple standard power sockets. The location was marvellous and incredible, 20 km to Tokyo International airport, perfectly reachable.

The location was favourable, you can visit a department store by walking. The room with 3 standard size beds. The staff was excellent friendly and efficient, they made our trip!

Fantastic and incredible location in Tokyo, very close to bus station, public transport and restaurants and supposedly up market. Besides, easy access to a department store. A huge variety of options for very good breakfast.

Fairly clean and reasonably spacious venue with panoramic views. Competent staff, compact deluxe twin room. Traditional breakfast, a good choice of options available. Easy check-in, generally very good service. Late check-out.

The location was fantastic, and the bathroom had a stunning feature on one of its walls; some units even had an additional bed.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, there was a kettle in the room, and the city views were awesome, with really good and pleasant staff making it a great choice for a trip.

The American breakfast had a huge variety of options. The room was beautifully designed with a unique style.- The location was wonderful, close to the railway station, high-end Marunouchi shops, Tokyo station, and Metro.- I had an authentic dining experience at a nearby restaurant.

Stylish deluxe twin room, comfortable beds. Secure setting, just off Narita airport, imperial gardens, and bullet train getaway. Also, close to most attractions. Great to have an in-house restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

A little cramped bathroom.

You can expect outstanding services here, and the American breakfast is amazing with a variety of non-Japanese options, along with delicious Western-style pastries - not to mention the fantastic location just 2 km away from the Imperial Palace East Garden.
